MPL-PH: No stopping Falcons AP Bren

Reigning world champions Falcons AP Bren (FCAP) secured a 3-2 victory over Blacklist International (BLCK) in a nail-biting Upper Bracket Semi-Finals series. On the other hand, Blacklist International, who pulled off a major upset last night by sending Smart Omega (OMG) home, fell to the Lower Bracket where a do-or-die situation awaits.
In the second match, Fnatic Onic PH (FNOP) triumphed over Aurora (RORA) with a decisive 3-0 win. FNOP, who have shown legendary form throughout Season 14, now have to maintain that momentum as they advance to the Upper Bracket Finals against FCAP. But the question remains—can FNOP overcome their historical playoff struggles and sustain their winning run?
RORA’s tournament run has been nothing short of phenomenal, especially after eliminating the defending champions, Team Liquid PH (TLPH), earlier in the play-ins. However, the battles that lie ahead are a different beast, and RORA will have to prove themselves all over again as they drop to the Lower Bracket. Their next challenge? Facing a hungry BLCK squad, where they’ll need to show they belong in the MPL’s upper echelon.
The Epic Rivalry Showdown continues !
With FCAP and FNOP now heading to the Upper Bracket Finals, where a spot in the Grand Finals and a chance to become the first M6 World Championship representatives are on the line, the stakes are higher than ever.
Meanwhile, BLCK and RORA will be battling for survival in the Lower Bracket. Day 3 is set to deliver even more drama—will FCAP solidify their reign, or will FNOP seize the moment? Can BLCK and RORA endure the lower bracket challenge and keep their championship dreams alive?
