James Martinez’s Magic Johnson impersonation continued for Cam Norte as he registered yet another triple-double performance in leading his team to a thrilling 85-82 win over JT Bulacan in the PSL President’s Cup just recently at the Filoil-EcoOil Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Martinez’s stats line were incredible: 28 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds and these were on top of keeping ahold of his team that is trying to make its last push for a possible playoff berth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Backing up Martinez were big mnn Wowie Escosio and Jasper Boac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The wide-bodied Escosio contributed 18 markers while Boac came away with 16 points and eight rebounds for the Warriors, who picked up only their fourth win in 15 games. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although their chances of making the playoffs are slim, the Warriors are not about to throw in the white towel yet and they played with much resurgence against the Taipans, who continue to miss the services of their key players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the loss, JT Bulacan dropped to 7-9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
