Ildefonso came away with 27 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as the second generation cager towed the Weavers to their sixth win in seven games.<\/p>\n
Basilan absorbed its fifth loss in seven matches.<\/p>\n
Earlier, Muntinlupa handed Bacolod a sound beating, 96-73.<\/p>\n
With John Camtimbuhan at the firing lane, the Cagers \u00a0dominated right from the get-go, posing leads by as many as\u00a0 25, 96-71 to pick up its fourth win in a row. The 4-0 record was probably the best start for Muntinlupa since it emerged as runner-up to Batangas City Athletics during the inaugural staging of the league seven years ago.<\/p>\n
Aside from Muntinlupa, other undefeated teams include tournament leader Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards (7-0) and the San Juan Knights (5-0).<\/p>\n
