The trio of Dela Cruz, Dyke and Guiab combined for 29 second-half points , enabling the Cowboys to pull away, 70-55, en route to an even 3-3 slate in the round-robin elimination phase of the 30-team tournament.<\/p>\n
Dela Cruz, the Cowboys’ top gun, posted yet another double-double performance 19 points, 10 rebounds and six assists.<\/p>\n
Guiab added\u00a0 14 points and eight boards while Dyke had his own double-double game of 10 points and 11 rebounds, allowing the Cowboys to snap back-to-back losses.<\/p>\n
But it was Gomez, who provided the spark needed by the Cowboys as the dead shot wingman hit four three-point shots on his way to finishing with 14 points and eight boards.<\/p>\n
