The image of coaching Senator Jinggoy Estrada dishing out a behind-the-back pass to the game official mirrored San Juan’s enjoyable atmosphere as the Knights continued to assert their dominance in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League Sixth Season at the Olivarez College in Parañaque Tuesday.
Estrada and his Knights demolished Sarangani, 80-65, for their third straight win in as many games.
AC Sobreno scattered 20 points, including four three-point shots while Zach Huang contributed 13 points while Mike Malonzo and John Galinato tallied 11 each for San Juan, which produced 57 points from players coming off the bench as compared to only 18 for Sarangani.
The Knights also outrebounded their counterparts, 56-42.
